Encompass at its core.
Hello 2026! It’s been a minute since I last wrote a blog post, but I felt the need as so much has changed! I wanted everything we do to be in one spot for ease and to update you on who we are and what we do! Over the years, we’ve slowly grown from the beginning when I rented the back room (in the same space I’m still in!) and client’s came in the back door, to taking over the whole space + having a reception area in 2019, to slowly hiring both receptionists and service providers to adding product, to having it all come together with multiple receptionists, service providers, a large service offering and a large storefront with my favorite products.
It’s been a slow burn, taking small steps along the way. Sometimes we’d try something and have to back pedal to be able to afford it, sometimes products we love don’t land well, sometimes schedules don’t fill in. But for the most part, it seems to be working. Is it weird to say it like that after 9 years? One thing that I’ve really been thinking about a lot lately is how we never really know what we are doing, we are all just trying to figure it out. Step by step, doing what works best.
So, let’s do an overview of everything we have now! [psst. if you wanna see me get a little sappy, read til the end!]
Massage Therapy has always been our core and continues to be so. We have a deep passion for helping you no matter where you find yourself today. If you have pain, tension, stress, we’ve got you. We love to support pregnant mama’s and men who work hard everyday. We have therapists for everything in between. Each of our sessions are customized to exactly what you need, whether it's relaxation, emotional support, or you are struggling with chronic pain, we are here to serve you! We believe custom massage hinges on listening.
You can choose between 30-60-90 minute sessions, & all sessions can be customized to your needs.
Swedish Massage Therapy | All Therapists

Trigger Point Therapy | Nikki L’Esperance, Kaarin Kangas, Aili Narhi, Lana Crist
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Massage + Emotion Code | Nikki L’Esperance | 60 minutes: $125 [Not available right now- Nikki is on maternity leave until this spring]
Combine the healing effects of massage plus The Emotion Code! The Emotion code accesses trapped emotions and releases them via muscle testing, allowing deeper healing and relaxation in the tissues. Nikki has found that massage and Emotion Code together produce amazing results and tissues can release on a much deeper level- especially when tissues aren't budging.
Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Massage | All Therapists
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. We love to help you release tension and pain, or just relax in your pregnancy and post-partum journey. We have a specially-designed massage bolster allowing you to lie face down. We can also have you go into side-lying postures to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Our number one concern is your comfort, and helping you relax!
CranioSacral Fascial Therapy | Jill Isaacson | 60 minutes: 100/90 minutes: $140
Jill is Certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy for Infants to Adults, a gentle hands-on method working to release tension and trauma in the fascial layers allowing for greater expansion and flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the craniosacral system. CFT sessions are fully clothed, techniques are designed to help the body unwind and release the buildup of fascial strain in the body.
The Kids Session [12 & under] | Jill Isaacson | 60 minutes: $50
Bring your kids in for bodywork! We know that kids can also experience the stressors of life and often even more physical stress than we do as adults. If you'd like to bring your kiddo in to get some work, this is the perfect opportunity. We always schedule an hour, to make sure we have time-we know kids can be wiggly, and babies may need to be changed or nursed. Jill does an excellent job adjusting to what your kiddo needs and being flexible in how she works. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call before booking.

Chiropractic Care | Dr. Brad Erkkila | New Patient Consultation:$65/ Follow Up: $40
Dr. Bradley Erkkila graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2021, & offers general chiropractic care for wellness and pain relief. He loves to work with sports players & elderly.
Chiropractic Care can combine a few therapies but the basic idea is that the doctor manipulates any vertebrae in your spinal column that may be out of alignment, back into alignment. This is so important because your spinal column houses a lot of your nerves and protects them. This also means that if you have a vertebrae out of place, you may have some nervous system symptoms. This could include radiating pain down your limbs, numbness or tingling. All in all, chiropractors focus on the spinal column and making sure your vertebrae are in alignment. This ensures that your nervous system is running at best that it can. Learn more about why chiropractic care and massage therapy work so well together on this blog post.
Ionic-Detox Foot Bath | Deb Hansen, Jasmin Melton, Molly Erkkila | 30 minutes: $40
Positively and negatively charged ions draw oppositely charged toxins from the relaxed body into the water. You may feel more relaxed, balanced, and focused after a foot bath, along with many more benefits. Available to be booked two at a time, come in with a partner or friend!
What is the Ionic Detox Foot Bath anyways?
The foot bath is a detox method in which you soak your feet in warm water, an array is placed in the water, along with a pinch of salt. This elitics a relaxation response in the body. The array sends a microcurrent into the water, which causes the array metals, in combination with the water and salt, to generate positively and negatively charged ions. These ions (through the feet, which have thousands of pores!) draw oppositely charged toxins from the relaxed body into the water, removing harmful toxins and pollutants. Over the next couple of days, the lymphatic system will continue to work to flush out the toxins. Read more about it here!
The Wellness Shop
When I started offering products, I wanted to offer a self care option for my clients that they could take home and use right away. Essential oils are great, but they require education on how and when to use them. A product that is infused with oils and ready to use for a specific purpose is a really easy way to get started without the overwhelm.
The second reason is that I knew even if I recommended a product at another shop, that client most likely wouldn’t go straight there and grab it. Being a one-stop shop for convenience and efficiency is something I value. As a mom, I appreciate being able to get what I need in one stop. So, even before I had a reception space, I started playing with products. You can learn more about that journey in our blog posts Part 1 and Part 2. But basically, I’m a simple girl and like simple products. So, over the years, we’ve experimented with different recipes- found ones we love and tweaked them to what they are today- slowly. So what started as someone else’s recipe is now ours in many ways. We’ve also added a lot. In our own line, the Encompass labeled products (YES! We make those in the shop!) we have cremes, lip balms, a face serum, perfumes, wellness rollers and recently added bath salts. We’ve also taken the leap and purchase a lot through wholesale. Some is for fun and gifting and for no reason at all, and some is supplements, Earthley’s great tinctures and more. It is a reflection of me, what I love and what I value in my home- holistic, simple and products that work. You can shop online here to see a full list of what we offer!
So, when you shop Encompass, you are shopping a piece of my heart and soul. It’s a reflection of who I am, my values as a person and mother and so much more. I love what has been created so much- and not just by me, but by all the amazing hands that have made it what it is today.
So, if you’ve ever taken the time to shop, get a service or anything else, we truly appreciate you loving on this small business. Though it’s not always easy and at times I question why I stay open, I love to see how it serves you. I love having a holistic, wellness space in this beautiful community and watching dreams I never knew I had come true little by little.
This blog post encapsulates all that we have currently- and you can be sure that it will continue to evolve, change and grow because as I’ve learned, nothing in this life is constant. New versions of myself and my businesses emerge constantly, along with new ideas, plans, things to try. And who would I be if I didn’t at least try? ;)
If you’ve made it this far, I would love it if you could drop a comment about what you love about Encompass, or let me know what else you want to see! Have you been here awhile? I’d also love to know how long you’ve been on this journey with me!
Much love,
Nikki
